About Us

Colin Cohen Property Management specialises in residential property. Most of our clients own the freehold of their block or have set up a management company, giving them more control over the suppliers of the services and the level of the service charges, often with our help.  At present we look after over one hundred and fifty blocks and pride ourselves in providing a professional and personal service.
Being based in North London, our focus is on properties in that area and because of this strong geographic focus, we are able to respond quickly to all eventualities.

Our team is friendly and constructive and we focus on developing a good working relationship with the leaseholders and residents of a building.

Colin Cohen set up Colin Cohen Property Management over 20 years ago, after working in residential block management from a young age and gaining much expertise and knowledge in all areas of this sector. He is always on hand to speak to clients and give advice where needed and assisted by a small team of committed members of staff, he has built up a niche property management firm in north London.

Colin is a fellow member of the Institute of Residential Property Management (they are only a few fellows throughout the country) and he and the other property manager regularly attend seminars and conference to keep them fully updated with any changes on all aspects of the industry.

In 2010, Colin Cohen Property Management were honoured as runner up and highly commended as ‘best managing agent of an enfranchised or right to manage building’ by News on the Block at their Enfranchisement and Right to Manage awards.

In 2017 and 2018, Colin Cohen Property Management were nominated for the ARMA ACE Award in the medium size managing agent category.
